Triple Creek Ranch Darby, Montana Join Triple Creek for these special weekends.
May 13 – 16, 2010 – Flora Springs Winery Flora Springs is a family endeavor that epitomizes three generations of hard work, dedication and a team effort. The vitality of our family is obvious as we set about the task of growing great grapes and making world-class wine. Even the name Flora Springs has significance. Flora is our mother, and the springs refer to the natural water source on the estate that has flowed uninterrupted through Napa Valley winemaking history.
It all began 30 years ago when our parents, Jerry and Flora Komes, bought the first vineyard. A vineyard with history, great soils and two ghost wineries. What was to have been Jerry and Flora's retirement project was destined to become a lifetime passion for son John Komes and daughter Julie Garvey and their families. John quickly talked the family (including brother Mike Komes) into making wine. Julie and John worked side by side making the first two vintages of Flora Springs wines, while Julie's husband, Pat Garvey, took over the vineyard side of things. Then in 1980, Ken Deis was hired as Winemaker and he remained at Flora Springs until 2008, when he passed the winemaking legacy to his assistant winemaker of 18 years, Paul Steinauer.
May 20 – 23, 2010 – Chappellet Winery Chappellet - Pritchard Hill, located on the ruggest eastern slopes of the Napa Valley, has become synonymous with powerful hillside Cabernet Sauvignon. Donn and Molly Chappellet first tapped its potential with their landmark Cabernets of 1969 and 1970. After three decades of producing extraordinary Cabernets, critics claim the Chappellets are now making some of the finest wines in their history.
May 27 – 30, 2010 – Koenig Vineyards Koenig Vineyards has been producing hand-crafted varietal wines in Idaho's Snake River Valley since 1995. The high-altitude, volcanic soils and warm climate of the Snake River Valley are ideally suited to many?varietals, allowing winemaker Greg Koenig to?produce small lots of award-winning and highly acclaimed wines. Particular specialties include Rhone-style wines from Viognier and Syrah, as well as traditional Ice Wine from Riesling.
June 3 – 6, 2010 – Fidelitas Vineyards Fidelitas, Latin for faithful, loyal and true, is a family-owned winery on Red Mountain. veteran winemaker and owner, Charlie Hoppes, recently celebrated his 22nd harvest in the Washington wine industry.
